About Me
I’m Austin Reese, a former collegiate sprinter turned strength and performance coach. I competed at Colorado Mesa University, where I earned a spot on the Top Ten All-Time list in the 400m and helped set two school records in the 4x400m relay. I have also competed in a USAPL powerlifting meet. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Fitness and Health Promotion, I became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA, combining science-based training with years of athletic experience.
I’ve coached Cross Country and Track & Field, guiding athletes to multiple state qualifications, podium finishes, as well as a State Champion. Beyond the track, I’ve worked with clients ranging from 6 to 60+, helping them reach goals in speed, strength, weight loss, muscle gain, and injury recovery. While I specialize in sports performance, I can train anyone who has a goal.
